Ms. Buchholz is primarily active in the areas of real estate and tenancy law as well as employment law.
In her main practice area of catering and gambling law, Ms. Buchholz is particularly involved in commercial tenancy and lease agreements, legal support in the purchase of commercial real estate, and the drafting of slot machine installation agreements.

With a view to the individual situation of each client, Ms. Buchholz develops customized concepts together with the clients in order to find efficient and economically appropriate solutions and to achieve convincing results. In doing so, she assists commercial and also private clients in all stages of proceedings, including representation in court. Within her area of expertise, Ms. Buchholz also advises supra-regional companies on all real estate, rental and employment law issues. She also supports the criminal and administrative fine law team as a criminal defense lawyer.
In addition to the already named main activities, Ms. Buchholz is the responsible contact for consultations within the scope of membership in the German Rental and Real Estate Association (DMIV).
In the area of catering and gambling law, Ms. Buchholz is particularly responsible for commercial rental and lease agreements for gambling halls, restaurants and sports betting offices.
In addition to her law studies in Freiburg i.Br., which she completed with honors, Ms. Buchholz studied international law in Dresden and earned the academic degree “Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)” with a focus on international criminal law.
Ms. Buchholz is a member of the Freiburg Bar Association and the German Bar Association (DAV).
