Florian Riess

Mr. Florian Riess worked for several years in one of the leading German consumer law firms and was responsible for numerous proceedings against major German banks such as Deutsche Bank AG, Commerzbank AG, but also against financial service providers such as AWD (now Swiss Life Select) or DVAG. These were mainly claims for damages due to faulty investment advice or loan cancellations due to faulty cancellation policy. Mr. Riess also advises and represents clients in questions concerning the so-called emissions trading of diesel vehicles.

Another focus of lawyer Florian Riess is gambling and catering law.
