Mr. Königstein studied law at the University of Saarland in Saarbrücken, where he graduated with honors. Mr. Königstein also completed his university specialization in European law with distinction. Mr. Königstein completed his legal clerkship at the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Saarbrücken, the District Court in St. Wendel and the Administrative Court of the Saarland.
