Roland Ebner

Mr. Ebner has been working in the private sector since 2002.

He has been involved in the openings of the stores for Lidl International in Hungary, Denmark, Croatia, Slovenia and Switzerland since 2004.

He was also responsible for numerous restructuring projects in Sweden, Norway and France. Mr. Ebner was responsible for the Valle d’Aosta, Piedmont and Western Liguria as an authorized representative for Lidl Italy.

Mr. Ebner was appointed Managing Director Lidl Switzerland in 2008. Subsequently, Mr. Ebner took over the management of The Body Shop Switzerland.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Mr. Ebner continues to advise international companies at executive and group management level.
His practice focuses on issues of international employment, corporate and tax law. Mr. Ebner is also happy to advise on legal issues related to international expansion and restructuring processes.

Furthermore, he is part of the firm’s “Gaming Law” team.
