European Law
European legislation, in particular EU law (Union law), has had a steadily increasing influence on all fields of activity of our clients over the last decades. As a result, we are increasingly confronted with consulting questions in connection with complex cases requiring a complex interpretation and application of the European treaties. In the meantime, almost all areas of law are directly or indirectly influenced by European law. In the gambling sector, too, many cross-border and thus European Union law issues arise.
Our experts in European law can draw on many years of experience in this field. They successfully assist, for example, in questions of fundamental freedoms, the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and the successful implementation of Union law, especially before national courts throughout Germany.
