Our lawyers are highly specialized in all legal problems of gambling, sports betting, & lotteries. We give advice concerning all issues of gambling & lotteries law. For example, the awarding of licenses, expansion into the German market, suitability certificates, (construction law) permits, advertising measures and external presentation, fines and criminal proceedings, sales and entertainment tax. In addition to gambling law, the clients of Benesch & Partner can also rely on the extensive expertise of the firm’s lawyers in civil and public law. This includes in particular topics such as corporate
and tax law, succession planning or industrial property protection.

On request, we also provide a data protection officer and a money laundering officer via Benesch Consulting Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.

On behalf of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Reutlingen and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Cologne, we also instruct arcade operators and slot machine operators for Baden-Württemberg in accordance with § 33c GewO.

Furthermore, we organize the annual “German Gambling Law Day” in Frankfurt together with the Journal Zeitschrift für Wett- und Glücksspielrecht (ZfWG).
